Terms of Service — NeuroAI Forge

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and deployment of NeuroAI Forge (the “Service”), provided by NeuroAI Digital (“NeuroAI Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By installing, configuring, or using NeuroAI Forge, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NeuroAI Forge is an enterprise LLM fine-tuning, dataset preparation, and model alignment orchestration platform. The Service enables organizations to automate document ingestion, QA dataset generation, hyperparameter tuning, and local model quantization (GGUF, FP8, FP16) on self-hosted GPU clusters.

Key Capabilities:

  • Automated extraction and instruction-tuning dataset creation from raw enterprise documentation
  • Local GPU model fine-tuning and alignment (via Ollama, Hugging Face, or native PyTorch pipelines)
  • Asynchronous queuing, VRAM resource management, and visual benchmarking dashboards

3. On-Premise Execution & Client Ownership

  • Data Sovereignty: NeuroAI Forge is provided as self-hosted software. You are solely responsible for provisioning and maintaining the underlying GPU hardware, VRAM capacity, and operating environment.
  • Intellectual Property Rights: You retain 100% ownership of all input training materials, generated instruction datasets, and output fine-tuned model weights. NeuroAI Digital claims no rights or ownership over your models or datasets.

4. Software Licensing & Acceptable Use

NeuroAI Digital grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to deploy NeuroAI Forge strictly for your internal corporate operations or agreed commercial licensing tier.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from proprietary binary modules of NeuroAI Forge
  • Use the Service to generate, fine-tune, or distribute malicious software, automated phishing tools, or illegal content
  • Bypass or alter license key verification or enterprise tier limits

5. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

  • As-Is Provision: NeuroAI Forge is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
  • Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuroAI Digital shall not be liable for hardware damage, VRAM out-of-memory failures, data corruption, or indirect loss arising from your model fine-tuning operations.
