Last Updated: July 2026
Version: 1.0

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and deployment of NeuroAI Storage Console (NASC) (the “Service”), provided by NeuroAI Digital (“NeuroAI Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By deploying or using NeuroAI Storage Console, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

NeuroAI Storage Console (NASC) is a unified sovereign enterprise storage management and disaster recovery platform. NASC centralizes management of high-performance file shares (Dell PowerScale OneFS) and object storage clusters (Dell ECS), providing Access Zone Failover (AZF) orchestration, visual Active Directory permissions management, and snapshot automation.

3. On-Premise Execution & Infrastructure Responsibility

  • Direct Storage Control: NASC interfaces directly with your storage infrastructure via native REST APIs. You are solely responsible for storage cluster hardware, network connectivity, and Active Directory configurations.
  • Credential Protection: Storage API credentials and keys are encrypted locally using Fernet encryption within your environment.

4. Software Licensing & Prohibited Conduct

NeuroAI Digital grants you a non-exclusive license to operate NASC for your corporate storage operations. You agree not to attempt to bypass RBAC security layers, reverse engineer binary components, or modify audit trail logging functions.

5. Limitation of Liability

NASC provides pre-flight checks for failover operations, but you remain responsible for final cutover approvals. To the extent permitted by law, NeuroAI Digital is not liable for storage array downtime, failover delays, or data loss arising from storage hardware faults or network partition events.
