1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and deployment of NeuroAI Refinery (the “Service”), provided by NeuroAI Digital (“NeuroAI Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By deploying or using NeuroAI Refinery, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

NeuroAI Refinery is an enterprise unstructured data cleansing, PII masking, OCR, speech-to-text transcription, and BPE tokenization pipeline. The Service processes confidential documents, audio streams, and tabular files within your self-hosted workspace to prepare data for AI models and vector databases.

3. On-Premise Data Sovereignty & Isolation

  • Local Execution: All data normalization, OCR processing, and PII masking run locally on your internal servers using local weights and custom C++ tokenization backends.
  • Data Ownership: You retain 100% ownership and control of all input files, processed outputs, tokenized streams, and masked datasets.

4. Software Licensing & Responsibilities

NeuroAI Digital grants you a non-exclusive license to operate NeuroAI Refinery for your corporate operations. You are responsible for ensuring that your input files comply with applicable data protection laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “AS IS.” NeuroAI Digital is not liable for data processing interruptions, VRAM allocation errors, or unmasked PII resulting from custom regex or misconfigured extraction templates.
